IP banned wrongly

Guys, I've been playing since the early access launch with my character Infernalist Witch and I haven't done anything wrong. Today 12/15/24, when I went to log into my Steam account I received a message that my IP was banned. I would like to know what happened and ask that you unblock my access to the game server, as I haven't done anything wrong. I await your response.

My access is done through my Steam account - hilbertbrunno#5490
