Zalmarath, the Colossus - Sword Thrust

Regarding Zalmarath, the Colossus from act 1.

According to the data base, all sword attacks should have the same characteristics. Damage, critical chance, etc...

For some reason, there are two sword thrusts that insta kill you, maybe just if it hits you at max range.

The one thrust which starts right and goes straight, and the one which starts right and goes hard left.

Its not normal that all hits, even critical damage, do around 100-400 and then ocasionally, these two attacks do 2000 damage consistenly at max range/end of animation.
