Path of exile 2 console support packs

I wanted to upgrade my support pack from the 100 to the 480 pack but it won't allow me to do so. Why is that?

I would like to follow this, because I was also curious why I can't buy the what is it 2-3 most expensive packs seemingly on Playstation.

hi i apologize beforehand its kind of hard to understand, I would like to know im new at this if i buy buy the 160$ pack from steam or the page directly it said microtransactions are not allowed on PS5 if i bought it but if i use the cash on my pc i can equip them on my ps5 , because its the same store right? btw im also interested on getting 480$ pack following this!!!!!!!
