Add a toggleable cursor in menus

Please add a toggleabe cursor in menus, trying to use currency items or rovering over the passive tree is currently not good

I think it would be great, specially for steam deck where we play on controller layout, but touchpads are useless, it shows mouse but you could not interact with items with it
