Mob Buff & Debuff Description

As far as I can tell there is no way to see what buffs & debuffs are applied to mobs while using a controller.

So I basically have no idea what the icons under a mob health bar means.

I know that by pausing the game you can inspect hud elements with the R3. This allows you to see what buffs & debuffs are applied to your character but not mobs.

If the hud element info on pause could extend to mobs too that would be great. Failing that a list of icons & descriptions somewhere would be helpful.
