Deadeye Ranger Ascendancy Frenzy Charge Passive Suggestion

Settler's starter was...bad...the kinetic blast Ascendant wander is finally feeling good in low tier maps with the addition of 6 auras, a 1c moon-something unique wand, and some more leech.

I have only one complaint, and it's with the ascendancy passives I allocated. I took Deadeye, and I haven't finished my last lab for the second class, but that's not the complaint. I like the node...mostly. The projectile is nice, I don't use the mark but that sounds fine, and action speed from tailwind is always *chef'skiss*, but...

...The frenzy charge generation is broken (for me :D). You get frenzy charges every three seconds of continuous movement. Movement skills interrupt it, touching terrain interrupts it, even conspicuously sharp turns can interrupt it. I have tried accumulating my 3 max charges, and I can...but it's not easy, and nearly impossible to do at all in narrow maps.

My suggestion is that "Gain a Frenzy Charge every 3 seconds while Moving" is changed to something a little more manageable like "every {1.5,2,2.5} seconds"...or, if the timer has to stay 3 seconds, it would be nice if movement skills didn't interrupt it.

that would make this ascendancy good, which won't happen. They want to bind a serious downside to such a powerful mod. Currently its just not usable, and this will not change, just like they killed raider ascendancy(to be fair, this was the most OP of them all, but now its absolutely worthless)
