Bug Reference 2,732,371,126 - Can't unlock treasure room in Jiquani's Machinarium

Small soul core in inventory, but the altar to drop it into is non response. Will be reloading zone and seeing if it's consistent or one off. Tries going over as much as possible to see if it was just too small a hot zone for click or something else. Placement is odd in current map - set into the wall, and suspect that might be at cause.

This has happened to me on PS5. I got into the treasure room first time through, but every time after that the altar is nonresponsive. I've tried about six times, resetting the area each time.
