Character 2 not loading in while character loads in just fine

Made a new character yesterday and it was working fine. Got to the mauseleum and then I got consistent crashes and eventually trying to load in after has me stuck on the loading screen. Audio switches just fine from loading to where I'm inside the map, but does not move from the initial loading screen. When I switch to a different character everything is just fine.
