Website account does not see my poe2 chars (playstation 5)

on the website i can only see my poe 1 chars but not the poa 2 chars. it also say: you have no access to poe2 early access.

You cannot "fix" this. It's something GGG have yet to add to the website so you'll just have to be patient.

Is this still the case? Are you still unable to see any PoE2 stuff from console?
