Tinker's Tools not appearing

I just fullcleared the entire Zone of Mawdun Quarry, and didn't manage to find the Tinker's Tools. Possibly bugged?

Same. Tried full re-clearing a second time, still nothing.

Also full cleared, no tools. I *think* they should have dropped from the Trunk near that weird checkpoint.

Had the same, full cleared every enemy and box and there's nothing to be found.
