Why no shared MTX between PS5 and PC?

A lot of people bought MTX on Playstation after crossprogression was announced, none of my friends thought that this would become an issue especially with games like Warframe or Diablo 4 having it. I for one started buying even more supporter packs thinking I could use them on PC or Steamdeck later.

There's probably even some poor souls who upgraded from PS4 to PC and are now forced to buy a PS5 for PoE2...

Are there any plans to make this happen in the future like many other crossplatform games did as well?

yeah , WTF console means XBOX only???
