Help neede with Deadeye - Caustic Arrow

Can someone please guide me on how to improve my character? I'm barely able to clear tier-10 maps at the moment. My deaths have scored from 150 at the start of the mapping to currently 700.


I have 4 divines and 28 chaos orbs to spend.
