Gain charge bonuses don't work for me (in POB).

Hello, I'm creating (remodeling from other) a build in the POB (Path of Building) program and all my gain charge bonuses are listed in red text. (I'm focusing on frenzy ch.). What am I doing wrong?

I'm a new POE player and a new POB user, so I may have missed something. :)

Red means = no useable source of charges, in your case it looks like you used two forbidden jewels that are exclusive to the Shadow Class on a Ranger character. If you either get a source of charges that work for your class (such as assassins mark+blood rage) or switch to shadow the POB setting should work.

Thank you very much for the jewels, but that still didn't solve the red text.
