3.25 LA Build Help - ~1.5M DPS how to get more

Hey all,

Been trying out LA the first time and have farmed up some really good items but can't seem to get my DPS to break ~1.5M in POB. Is that about all I can juice out of LA or am I missing some potential gains somewhere? I do consistently apply 90% shocks but it's not enough to carry the DPS.

If I swap to Pathfinder I can probably get to around 2.1M from the wither node but lose 2 proj.

Not sure if it's even possible to hit something like 5-10M DPS at this point. My survivability feels "okay" nothing amazing since enemy has lucky crits and I once in awhile get 1 shot at just over 4k life.
