Quest not giving Passive Point (Through Sacred Ground)

I have a notification to talk to Yeena for the reward however she will not give the passive point associated with the quest.

I have gone back to try to retrieve the hand but it does not drop nor is there a hand in my characters inventory. Not sure how to get this passive point. Please recommend suggestions.

Cancel that after resetting game it worked.
