[3.24] Storm Rain & Rain of Arrows Build | Deadeye | Necropolis | Path of Exile 3.24

Hey guys, here is storm rain/rain of arrows deadeye build. Storm Rain is a bow attack skill that fires an arrow into the air, which sticks into the ground and deals area damage. Stuck arrows periodically fire a beam to other stuck arrows, dealing area damage between them. Using Storm Rain for bosses, Rain of Arrows for clear.
Using a synthesised bow with "Adds # to # Cold Damage to Attacks with this Weapon per 10 Dexterity" mod. I manage to get 2140 dex at level 95.


Build Cost
- High Budget


Brutal Restraint: Look for 5% increased Dexterity mod. Also these mods are good for build:
- +20 to Dexterity
- 20% increased Projectile Damage
- 25% increased Critical Strike Chance
- 20% increased Elemental Damage
- 25% chance to gain Alchemist's Genius when you use a Flask

Exposure: Level 5 Awakened Cold Penetration
(Supported Skills have (0–10)% chance to inflict Cold Exposure on Hit)
- Use frost bomb until you get the awakened gem.
