Problem in bligth

Oops,good evening,Im having a problema with the bligth Farm wen I Activate the towers with L3 on the ps4, It actives more to choose one of the two options that appears on the Tower , It won t get stuck on UP,could It be some kind of bug?thank you in advance for your inderstandong.
