[3.23] Spectral Throw Build | Deadeye | Affliction | Path of Exile 3.23

Hey guys, here is spectral throw deadeye build. Spectral Throw is an attack skill. It throws the current melee weapon at an enemy and returns to the player, dealing damage to enemies in its path.
Using a synthesised claw with "Adds # to # Cold Damage to Attacks with this Weapon per 10 Dexterity" mod.
I manage to get 1883 dex at level 95.

Build Cost
- High Budget: 50-100 div


Brutal Restraint: Look for 5% increased Dexterity mod. Also these mods are good for build:
- +20 to Dexterity
- 20% increased Projectile Damage
- 25% increased Critical Strike Chance
- 20% increased Elemental Damage
- 25% chance to gain Alchemist's Genius when you use a Flask

Exposure: Level 5 Awakened Cold Penetration
(Supported Skills have (0–10)% chance to inflict Cold Exposure on Hit)
- Use frost bomb until you get the awakened gem.

Herald of Ice - Grace - Hatred - Enlighten (Lvl 3)

Ancestral Protector - Faster Attacks / Berserk

Nice Build. I spent only around 30-40 Divs (although I crafted some gear as well) and it plays very solid. And ST its always fun to play :D

Nice to see ST getting some love. I have played a similar build for the last 3 leagues.

I just wanted to share my build for the 3.24. Its a classic dex stack variant.

The DPS is around 2.7 mil and the current price that I have spent is around 20 div. I could probable get the dps to 3mil maby 3.5 but the proce for that would be atleast 20 div moore.

I don't know if there is a better way of building ST to get a better result, so if anyone have a better way please share. But I'm atleast enjoying it and its by far my favorite skill.

I can pretty much run all content up til elder and shaper without problem but maven/uber is really though...
