Pure Lightning Flicker Strike Warden of the Maji Slayer

This build maintains 11 frenzy charges at all times via our tree, ascendancy, a synthesized shield, a ring implicit, our boots and our gloves.

A forbidden Shako with level 35 added lightning damage is what we use to really scale our lightning damage, since none comes from our weapon base. The weapon is for ele penetrance and 100% chance for double damage. We also take advantage of a low level endurance charge on melee stun support for 44% MORE damage due to also having 11 endurance charges via our ascendancy and replica farrul's fur.

This build is simpler to run than my cold version, because we do not need to generate rage or use berserk. We also only throw an ancestral protector; you may add an ancestral warchief if you wish but it is not required.

This build takes advantage of the Warden of the Magi ascendancy from this league for a SEVEN LINK skill setup (4 sockets, 2 supports, and we get free block chance reduction support!). We also use a tincture which allows our lightning damage to freeze, extends our strike range, and gives us more elemental penetration. This makes Warden of the Magi MANDATORY for this build to work.

We DO NOT socket our gloves or body armour, which allows for stacked defenses and life via Warden of the Magi. We also treat enemy ele resists as inverted 1/4 of the time, which is why we scale lightning penetration but do not use ele weakness or conductivity.

This build can run 100% delirious and blighted maps no problem. It may struggle above level 20 on a Simulacrum due to mediocre defenses, however.


Pros and Cons

+ All Ubers/Maven/The Twisted, etc viable
+ Great for clearing map mobs as well/farming 80-100% delirious maps
+ Super fast movement, attack, and clear speed
+ Good for bossing or map clearing

- Expensive due to Replica Farrul's Fur, Forbidden Shako, Awakened Multistrike, etc
- Not Hardcore viable, you will die at times
- Requires Warden of the Magi, so no charms or backpack!
- Poor leaguestarter due to cost and set up necessary (a lot of uniques). Best to level with cyclone or another character


Gear

Note that you can use a good talisman instead of the Focused Amulet, which I did for some time and is mentioned in the video footage below.
