default chat channel on PS

Hey everyone!

I don't know why, I was playing around with chat commands, and switched the global chat channel. Now I don't know what's the default global channel on PlayStation, I locked myself out in a way 🫣😅.

I found nothing on Google what channel I should switch to. Can anybody help, it's pretty boring without chatting.
