[3.23] Is Venom Gyre Deadeye still viable?

I was following a guide on venom gyre but I just hit a wall in my character progression where I can't seem to overcome.

First of all I know the build may be obsolete for 3.23 but i was hoping it was only for uber bosses and stuff, currently i'm doing like tier 14 or such and i'm getting one shot like crazy, and I can't figure out what I need to change in the build rn.

Hey there! You need to get your resistance caps up to 75/75/75, right now you are 75/36/35 so certain monsters may be one shotting you, it makes a huge difference.
