Invisible mobs in Control Blocks

I am having an awful time trying to get past Control Blocks on Act 5. Out of nothing something hits me, 3 fast and hard hits and then I get a message saying my char commited suicide. Its not reflect damage. I am playing minions plus there is nothing around. I tried changing from Direct X to Vulcan and changing different settings. Still nothing. Any ideas?

So, update. I got past Control Blocks. I advanced little by little til I got to the boss, died many times at it but killed it, grabbed the saggy eye balls and went to Oriath Square. Guess what ? Invisible mobs there too! I am going to try to clear everything to go to Act 6 but if I find more of these there I ll just call it.

Another Update:
I ran through til I got to Innocence (a good amount of deaths from running like that). Guess what? I had to fight Innocence while running around and dashing to avoid being killed by the invisible mobs. I died some 30+ times there. Even after I killed Innocence the mobs were there when I went to talk to Sin and died two more times.
