Poisonous Concoction bugged for 3.23

Poisonous Concoction is currently bugged on PC (does 0 damage),
Will console league start with this fixed or I will have to rethink my league start plan!

Given that you have a supporter pack from 2019, I assume you're not new.

Do you never play league starts?

We always get the hotfixes and patches from at least the first day on PC, usually everything through some time on Monday (but not always).

For the last several leagues, there's been a "live updates" post that you can keep an eye to see which problems they're working on, and when they get solved. It's on the front page of this site, and will stay there getting updated for several days at least. Maybe a week or more.

Some time between the day before and a few hours before the console patch goes live, we'll get patch notes that tell us which hotfixes and patches are included in our launch.

For the first 2-4 days after the console launch, patches are usually fairly prompt, brining us into line with PC or only slightly behind (if it's a really busy league start).
