Cold Double Damage Flicker Strike Slayer

This build maintains 11 frenzy charges at all times with the help from an honoured tattoo of the barbarian and replica Farrul's Fur. Next league, we will need to add a frenzy charge implicit to our shield (a synthesized mod) or other ring to maintain 11 charges (unless the Affliction mechanic somehow can provide this).

You can use a regular Farrul's Fur for quite some time, since endurance charge on melee stun will generate endurance charges for us. However, if you do this, you need more resistances on your belt.

A forbidden Shako with level 32-35 ice bite is what we use to really scale our cold damage, since very little comes from our weapon base. The low level mod on the helm does not matter unless you can somehow find a close combat or damage on full life support. The weapon base is for ele penetrance and 100% chance for double damage.

Kaom's Spirit gloves generate rage for us which we also scale with Berserk. You only need the ancestral warchief for 99% of content; I only also throw ancestral protector when fighting an Uber Searing Exarch, Uber Cortex, or Uber Eater of Worlds, which this build can run.

This build can run 100% delirious and blighted maps no problem. It may struggle above level 20 on a Simulacrum due to mediocre defenses, however, it is tankier than many other FS setups out there.


Pros and Cons

+ All Ubers/Maven/The Twisted, etc viable
+ Great for clearing map mobs as well/farming 80-100% delirious maps
+ Super fast movement, attack, and clear speed
+ Good for bossing or map clearing

- Expensive due to Replica Farrul's Fur, Forbidden Shako, Awakened Multistrike, etc
- You have to be sure you stack raw cold points, and scale damage per frenzy charge
- You have to craft the shield yourself, but I have a video on how to do this below (at the end)
- Poor leaguestarter due to cost and set up necessary (a lot of uniques). Best to level with cyclone or another character
