Did the person who gave you the items send you a POB link for how to allocate the points in the skill tree? Sharing that would definitely be helpful.

I only see the one jewel in your tree, I assume the others you have are probably clusters?

I think you may need to double check the points you have allocated.
If you unallocate Precise Technique you will more than double your DPS, actually it's so much more than double taking into account the additional fire damage from Heatshiver on frozen monsters.

This will also help survivability as you will be freezing monsters more often on crits.

What Pantheons do you have allocted, and are they fully upgraded? - You upgrade these by adding a divine vessel to the map device and capturing certain map bosses. Major - Brine King will help with Stun and Freeze immunity. Lot of useful options with the Minor God.

Upgrade Life flask - No quality or prefix
Unfortunately with an evasion based build some of the survivability just comes down to experience and knowing the game mechanics & where to DPS from and not get hit.

Also just noticed - You're running double Ice Shot setups, Should 1 of these be Tornado Shot?

Unfortunately there was no POB link. I couldn't figure out Tornado shot so I just switched to Ice Shot because that's what I was planning on playing anyway. It's much better since I switched, although I probably messed some things up.

I have 5 more jewels that came with everything, but I don't really know what to do with them.

I'm using Brine King and Ralakesh, neither are upgraded at all. I'll have to look up how to do that, never done it before.

I'll get a new life flask.
