Poison Rage Vortex CoC Reap Assassin

I had a dumb idea to make this and it turned out a lot better than I expected. I'm looking for some ideas on how to improve it.

Interesting build. I want to try something like this out, but I'm waiting to see if Assassin gets a makeover in 3.23 before committing. Maybe a Pathfinder version (with all the chaos damage goodness) could also work?
