Need direction with my tornado shot ele build

So before its said... no I will not remove iron reflexs.
I died a ton before it and I do blighted maps atm which sometimes forces me into the thick of it.

I am curious with that said how to improve my dps.

I know +1 arrow from quiver and helm enchant are obvious but im farming up the currency for it atm.

I am wondering if the thread of hope gem at the bottom of the tree is worth it as well

There are 501 million people in this and the past league playing tornado shot... Check out any of their setups and builds. Such a thread only makes sense if u play an off meta setup
