alternate behavior shield charge

what does the alternate behavior for shield charge do?

i know things like leap slam the alt behavior makes it so that leap slam doesnt target an enemy and instead moves the full distance, same for other movement skill.

but what the hell is it for shield charge? ive been testing it almost every character and they dont feel any different.

also can we get a list of all the skills with alt behaviors for console.
