[3.21] Ice Shot Build | Deadeye | Crucible | Path of Exile 3.21

Hey guys, ice shot deadeye build is here. Ice Shot is a ranged attack skill that fires an arrow that deals cold damage to the target and in a cone behind the target.
Using a synthesised bow with "Adds # to # Cold Damage to Attacks with this Weapon per 10 Dexterity" mod. I manage to get 2111 dex at level 95.
Also trying new Vaal version of Ice Shot and Manaforged Arrows for the first time.

Build Cost
- High Budget: 50-100 div


Brutal Restraint: Look for 5% increased Dexterity mod. Also these mods are good for build:
- +20 to Dexterity
- 20% increased Projectile Damage
- 25% increased Critical Strike Chance
- 20% increased Elemental Damage
- 25% chance to gain Alchemist's Genius when you use a Flask

Exposure: Level 5 Awakened Cold Penetration
(Supported Skills have (0–10)% chance to inflict Cold Exposure on Hit)
- Use frost bomb until you get the awakened gem.
