No access to PoB looking for help.

I’m just looking for suggestions on how to improve my 95 arc Elementalist. I don’t have access to PoB so I just found a build online and put it together as best I could. Any suggestions are appreciated. My damage seems to be on par, yet I have no idea how much I’m actually doing. In game tool tip in town says 83k before all my buffs and around 750k dps with the buffs up that I have managed to catch before it falls off. The main issue is survivability. I know I need to get my chaos resistance up to zero at least but apart from that I don’t know what else to do.
