Help With a build

So for context im not new to the game ive played it on and off for a few years for a couple o weeks at a time and i dont really know what im doing

im playing the tornado shot , Deadeye build , but for some reason im as week as piss, constantly getting one shot from mobs in act 10 never mind maps
and my DPS output seems low when compare to the Toxic rain build i started with

im using the maxroll version of the build/ guide

any change you guys could check profile/char and let me know what im doing wrong
