Before starting MF build

Hi all.
Many friends starting mf builds nowadays.
I would like to correct some misinformation about MF mechanics.

*iiq:increased item quantity.
*iir:increased item rarity.

1. MF has NO EFFECT on chests, essence etc..(after 3.12 totally no effect. not total party iiq nor player iiq actual change was 2.xx cant remember the exact patch)
2. MF has NO EFFECTS on harbiringer.
3. MF has NO EFFECTS on sacred grove.
4. MF has NO EFFECTS on sim.
5. +100% iiq does NOT mean you will get double drops. actually 100% iiq will give you average 30% more currency drop.
6. +100% iir does NOT mean you will see double uniques on ground.
7. iir or iir does not improve delve rewards including bosses.
8.iir and iiq ONLY affects map mob and boss.
How iiq and iir works?
When you kill a mob a dice is throwen to decide an item will be drop or not. iiq improves that. some pools does not increase with iiq such as map drops. it does not matter you have 200iiq or 0 map drops will not be effected nor rarity of the dropped map. if dice give you drop then iir increase the rarity with STEP in the same pool. supposed that there are 25 items in that pool. every item has drop rates. supposed that an item called X has 1/250 drop rates. iir +600% makes it 1/150 (just an example there are some formulas about that but FFF does not reveal that formula yet.)
summary:with +200% iiq do not expect to get 3X loots. average you will get around +30% improvement. with 600 iir you will get more junk uniques : because iir does NOT change the drop pools. Just changes the drop rate of same pool.)
sorry for my english. I am not a native..

Many players belives that with high iir and iiq they will get double or even triple drops. Its is not true. earning/hour will maybe improves 25-30% even if you have very good iiq items thats it.
