[3.20] 9.5M Ultra Budget Quill Rain + Soulthirst Build

This build achieves 400 max stacks of Souleater by stacking Flask duration clusters and self curse Temp Chains (We don't use Curse Effect clusters tho.. too Point heavy investment to do that.)

This is budget build pob using my gear i got dirt cheap. Nothing fancy.

*Updated with Blood Rage, now toggles Frenzy Charges On. Pushing damage furthur. You can also try Lioneye's Glare as a substitute bow option, its in pob config.

I bought a set of 5 perfect rolled 20% reduced flask effect duration Soulthirst and Vaal'd em' all and got a 16% Aura Effect Malevolence Soulthirst corrupt now used in above pob.

70c for Inspired Learning
5c for Quill Rain
1c Soulthirst
76c total + Cluster setup
Everything is is dirt cheap or affordable very easy to get.

I was intrigued so gave it a try. Spent probably ~1.5 div on gathering the stuff used.

In the end it was a neat concept and did fine in T11 maps, but something like EA ballista totem way outperforms it on the same budget.
