Golemancer build help

Hi all, kinda new to PoE.
Over the past week I've put together this build:

The build claims it is tanky, but max res + ~4.5k hp doesn't seem tanky at all. I regularly get 1-shot by bosses.

What can I do to increase my tankiness?
