No Energy Shield Regen or Leech Bug on Map

I have just ran a map that has no energy shield related map mods but my character could not regen or leech energy shield. I was using EB the screenshot shown my character using skills until my energy shield is half but it would not regen back.

Not a bug, you have Divine Shield AND Ghost Dance.

Your character is using the Ghost Dance keystone, which prevents Energy Shield from recovering about your Evasion Rating.
You took Exarch altars in that map, and you can view the modifiers you chose by hovering over the icon above your skill bar. You likely took the modifier that grants the player -flat armour/evasion rating. |

Hmm I could have taken the minus armour/evasion altar by accident but I don't think I was 0 armour or evasion though.
