Explosive Arrow Raider - Please help me to increase dps.

Hi.

I am a new player and started with Explosive Arrow Raider from this video:

I am lvl 91 at the moment and struggling a lot. I had some help from random people in-game, but I don't know what to do to increase my dps. In that video, this guy mentioned millions of DPS. I am doing no more than 100k DPS. Could you point me in the direction of increasing dps and survivability? Maybe some items? I would like to add that I played this game for over full 6 days and I dropped only 4 divines. Any help will be appreciated.
