Ps4 - Why does the death box popup instantly?

Hi,

I have a main skill located on circle button.
In the previous leagues, whenever i died, the death box took a few seconds to show up.

Now, 3.19,the death box is shown instantly, making me press the wrong button. As a result, my character got teleported to town.

Why is that? What did you change? This issue didn't happen in the previous leagues.
Please fix it.

Have you tried not dying?
