Its not an new Idea so some people plays this kind of Builds since Leagues.

+ 1 Skill Build
+ High Damage with decent Clear
+ Fairly Tanky for a Bow Build
+ Leaguestart to Endgame viable


+- Cant do Reflect (with A. EDWA possible)
+- Off Meta so invest is ok until more People gonna play it

- Degen is a early Problem
- Random one Shots cause Evasion Build

Is this build still viable for 3.17? thx

You're in for a hard time league starting this.

If you are an experience player you can start this for sure but i dont recommended it cause the Hydrospehere nerf.

The Uniques are pretty cheap early on but you need the Jewel (min. 1-2 EX)
A good Alternativ for the Start are the Painseeker gloves to hit the Ailment Cap.

Is Hydrospehere useless now?
Tornado could be good instead?
