Just coming back after a long hiatus. Hoping to upgrade my custom filter to latest. How?

I've tried copy and pasting it and such and it just goes to Default filter. :/

EDIT: I played about a month of the Bandits theme before life happened and I had to quit for a bit.

EDIT2: After 3 attempts the client here has given me the problem (I think):

Apparently the game has removed seeds. I've taken that bit out and I think I'm good to go. Are there any others I should put in for:

Hi. Can you share what you used to edit loot filters and get your custom one running? My experience trying to make'em out of Neversink's website was very bad. I never got any custom filters to work on my PS4 instance of the game.

At this point, any information about customizing filters can be useful to me.
