I got crach i can t play

Hi

Im on xbox series X and i cant play in normal or scourge league,my game crach!!
I got crach in boss area in scourge league,poe restart and i cant use my hero, game crach after 10s ,i destroy my hero ,i make a New hero and my game crach again, i uninstall and install poe i cant play, my game crach again .i want play in normal i can play but i go a new crach in boss area and boom i cant use my hero.
Please help me !!
