How do you peeps regen hp/ehp in a full minion build?

Hp regen? Leech with another skill? Pure flasks?

surging vitality / or u play Elementalist like me and use ur golem (1-1k2 hp regen per sec just golem)

Since I'm using petrified blood, my regen is usually full flask, and is not bad.
