Require help for fire to chaos poison witch

Hello everyone,
I'd like to use one of my (very) old build again in STD, fire to chaos poison witch (using firestorm at the time).
For this build i'd like to use two of those:


Unfortunately I can't remember the name of the build I followed at the time to show you how it worked, all I can tell you is it was OP due to double dipping and got nerfed heavily like all poison builds (after patch 2.6 i think?)

I tried and made some clunky PoB, I tried CoC but it seems self-cast does more damage with firestorm.
