Is there any news about asia server and chinese version

Since D2R will release at September, it will contain asia server and chinese version for Hong Kong/Taiwan region. I hope POE will have more plans about asia server and add chinese version for these regions, thanks.

Tencent's poe China Server is a Big joke.
Chinese version and Asian server Still need GGG to do it.
