3.15 LANCING STEEL SAVIOUR FOR HC

Hi,
wanted to make lancing steel saviour viable for hc as it is a common sc build. ITS ZPDS AS SINGLE TARGET!, i still have killed all red conquerors on the build, but some fights take long (took 2 minutes for drox for example, others are a lot faster). Budget: can start with 20EX, for t16 mapping i recommend like 40-50ex budget

pob doesnt calculate the lancing steel dmg correctly so dont look at the dps, single target dps heavily depends on how many steel shards you have, with perfect setup its like 1-1.5mil(which never happens, on average its like 400-600k single target dps)

Defences:
the build only has 6.5k life but a lot of layers of defences ( 40% dodge, 30 spell dodge, vaal grace for bad situations almost caps me on both and makes me pretty much immortal, wind dancer (20less dmg taken), fortify with effect, overleech from ahuana glorious vanity, forbidden taste on savage hit, elemental immunity. Thanks to the forbidden taste setup it never felt like i had a close call on this build(even tho it probably happened a lot)

Offences:
can clear t16 maps easy, super good, fast and save mapper, single target is bad but can do red conquerors with no problems (takes long)
