upgrading my cyclone

Hi I'm trying to upgrade my cyclone build but I don't know what to upgrade first, my weapon got good pdps but maybe an exquisite blade would be better.Maybe I should wait for level 93 and invest in cluster jewel , I don't really know. Maybe there's other thing I don't know, like changing my kaom's hearth for a plate with gems on hit.I got 2-3 exalt but I can wait for more if necessary.
