New League Idea: Infinite/Devotion

Choose element, magic packs of that element spawn in areas, accumulate devotion currency on kill, similar to Ritual but persists between zones. Syndicate safe house style portals appear randomly, Cadiro style merchant appears randomly. Portals to board game esque linear procedural zones appear with an element themed boss (modified breach lords and map bosses) at the end. Sort of like the build your own monster mechanic from mad science league but you build your own loot pool and enemy types in a way that persists and accumulates. Something tailored more towards single player is always a more enjoyable league (Harvest).
