Ascendency changes affects for duelists?

Hey all,

I was considering going Cyclone or Lacerate Build for this next league after taking a break from Heist.
Since my brain is too smooth what kind of impact to there skills would we see? Will they still be viable? (I'm sure they will but there's a lot of changes for me to try and wrap my head around)

less champs, more slayers?
