Question on my golem build

Hi, hopefully someone might have some advice for me regarding my golem/spectre build.....

I am running a mostly golemcentric necro, stacking auras with Shav's. I have a really nice 2x influence bone helm that adds 20 minion damage and 20 innervate, along with some added lightning etc. So I socketed spectre in that with Scinteel Synthite spectres for the lightning attack.

I am running carrion golems in the Shav's and a low budget AG with Leper's Alms and the ailment mace thing.....

All my clusters are geared towards replenishing and first among notables.

Basically, my question is: What would be the best way to synergize the helmet with the golem setup in Shav's? Is it worth having the synthites or should I get the chieftans, arena masters etc? Since I'm not running wrath and so on....
