Can no longer use RS to quick travel while applying currency

Post Heist you can no longer use currency from the currency tab and use the right stick to quickly move the cursor to the item slot nor your inventory to apply the currency.

You must manually drag the cursor all the way across your currency tab and inventory now - this significantly slows down the time it takes to apply currency between maps and during crafting.

Any chance this feature could be restored?
