Freezing pulse new DoT skill ?

With the release of the alternative quality gems freezing pulse can turn into a dot gem.

Read it again. It gains damage as it travels. Not damage over time. Bad phrasing

since with qual it cannot go thru enemies. u can make it chain/fork and whatever .. could be nice |
